It use to snow "up" in Blacksburg


Top floor Lee Hall, street side, near wing inside corner. Wind whipping across the Prairie would go over the building and create uplift on other side.Looking out my window toward tennis courts during a light snow the flakes would be going up.

Course the wind doesn't blow in Blacksburg...it just sucks that bad in Christainsburg...
